I was recommended, to BestPark Consultants by a friend as I was looking to invest some money wisely. At my first meeting with BestPark which was at a Property Show held in London's Excel, I was given a profile of a number of apartments and shown what suited me best. All the hassle that goes with purchasing property was taken off me and was dealt with BestPark Consultants from start to finish. All the finance side i.e. arranging mortgage to eventually referring me to letting agents was dealt with by BestPark. Once the apartment was let, BestPark also monitored the progress thereafter very efficiently. I have been very pleased with their courtesy and service extended throughout and have purchased a further two apartments from them since. I intend to remain with BestPark and hopefully extend my portfolio further. I would recommend BestPark to anyone intending to build a portfolio in the property market whether they be a novice like me or an existing property portfolio holder.

After 3 years of Studying for my Economics Degree, I was finally ready to get rich! I expected to make millions from working in the finance industry. However after working for over a year I realised that I needed to take matters into my own hands and build my own empire. So I slowly began to save so that I could buy my first property and take my first steps onto 'the property ladder'.
Once I felt I was ready to buy something, I began to do my research. This however only disheartened me as I was being priced out of the market. This did not stop me, and fortunately I met BestPark Consultants at a property expo. My consultant Ajay made me feel comfortable straight away, he showed me what deals they had on offer and suggested that I pop by their office for information.
A few weeks later I managed to pop by (on a Friday evening!), after a cup of tea and a biscuit, I was shown how Ajay has built his own property portfolio. I was shown all of the properties available at that time. I was made to feel very comfortable and there was no pressure put on me to buy. I think the whole team understood that this was a serious decision, and because of this they were very patient in explaining all of the pro's and con's of investing in property. After some deliberation I explained that the properties on offer were not in the area's I had researched. Ajay explained that he would stay on the look out for me.
I was soon contacted about a property on the Thames River facing the City of London. After discussing it on the phone I was taken to the site by my consultant who showed me around. I new from my first look, that this property would be a great investment. Within a few days the wheels were set in motion, after a few weeks I was the owner of my first property.
I don't think I would have been able to do this without the help of the team at BPC. Paul managed the entire buying process on my behalf, and even managed to find me tenants for my new property within 2 weeks of completion. Would I recommend them? Certainly! Since my first property I have recommended their service to all of my colleagues, my family members and even my in-laws! I'm now about to purchase my third property and my portfolio is going to be valued at well over £750,000!
