Prior to Purchase

BestPark Consultants use the criteria from clients' agreed portfolios to find suitable properties to add to any acquisitions held. Only when satisfied that they have identified potentially sound investments and the valuations are proven correct(by careful research which includes evaluating the performance of similar properties in any given investment area) do we recommend purchase to our clients.

 

Purchase Phase

Our Consultants hold in-depth discussions with our clients before any purchase commences. Financial and legal implications are agreed, and our own Independent Financial Advisors (IFA's) will then provide independent impartial advice about mortgages, and how best to raise the finance required should a client wish to proceed with the transaction.

While you may prefer to use your own solicitors, we also have available our 'in-house' specialists whose services you are invited to use. They are both cost effective and highly competent in property transactions and we do recommend using their services, as often speed is the essence when completing property transactions which can be usurped when sellers perceive delayed responses to their own legal advisers' instructions.

 

Post Purchase

The buy-to-rent option requires professional management if full profitability is to be achieved, and here investors can take advantage of our lettings facilities.
